This policy explains how VidyuthLabs Technologies Private Limited ("VidyuthLabs", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit vidyuthlabs.co.in or vidyuthlabs.com, pre-order a product, or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What we collect
- Pre-order and enquiry form: your name, email address, mobile number and any message you write.
- When you contact us by email or WhatsApp: the details you choose to send.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and request details to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
3. Why we use it
- To record your pre-order or notification request and confirm it with you.
- To answer your enquiry and contact you about your order, pricing and delivery.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We process form data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]; this does not affect processing already carried out. We do not sell your personal data, and we will not send you marketing messages without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Google (Google Workspace / Google Sheets) — stores pre-order and enquiry submissions.
- Cloudflare and GitHub — host and deliver this website.
- Our email and messaging providers — when we correspond with you.
These providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a lawful order of a government authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to erase it, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax and accounting records for completed sales).
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and
- have your grievances addressed.

Our website and products are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
