By using the website you agree to these terms.
1. Pre-orders
- Submitting the pre-order form registers your interest. It is not a binding contract of sale, and no payment is collected on this website.
- We will contact you to confirm the product, price, taxes, delivery timeline and payment terms. A sale is concluded only when you accept our written quotation or invoice, and those documents govern it.
- We may decline or cancel a pre-order at any time before a sale is concluded, without liability.
2. Product information
AnalyteX and the NanoX sensor range are under active development. Specifications, features, images, 3D renders, availability and timelines shown on the website may change without notice. Measurements shown on the website (for example, a lead reading of 12 ppb) are illustrative and do not represent test results.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, our devices and sensors are intended for research, education and field screening. They are not certified for medical diagnosis, and results should be confirmed by an accredited laboratory where a regulatory or legal decision depends on them.
3. Intellectual property
The website's content, including text, graphics, the VidyuthLabs logo, product names and designs, belongs to VidyuthLabs or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.
5. Third-party links
The website links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Startup India. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
